3 hours

Easy

Discover the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill with a local licensed guide in a small group of max. 7 people. No crowds, just personal attention and a truly engaging experience.

Discover Ancient Rome in a Small, Semi-Private Group

Step inside the heart of Ancient Rome and explore the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill with a licensed local guide in a small, semi-private group of no more than 7 guests.

This is not a large-group tour where you are simply one face among many. With such a small number of participants, you will have direct contact with your guide throughout the entire experience, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions, interact, and enjoy the visit at a more personal pace.

Your guide will accompany you from the beginning of the experience, bringing Ancient Rome to life through stories, historical details, fascinating characters, and lesser-known facts that you might otherwise miss.

The Colosseum

Begin your journey inside one of the world's most iconic monuments. Learn how the Colosseum was built, why it was created, and how it became the spectacular arena of Ancient Rome.

As you explore the different levels of the amphitheater, your guide will explain the world of gladiators, emperors, spectators, and the extraordinary spectacles that once took place here.

Rather than simply pointing out the monuments, your guide will help you understand what life was really like inside the Colosseum and how this enormous structure functioned.

Roman Forum

Continue into the archaeological heart of Ancient Rome and walk along the ancient Via Sacra.

Surrounded by temples, basilicas, arches, and government buildings, the Roman Forum was the political, religious, and social center of the Roman world.

Your guide will help you reconstruct the ancient city as you walk through its ruins, explaining the role of the most important monuments and sharing stories that connect the remains you see today with the people who once stood here.

Palatine Hill

Your experience continues to the Palatine Hill, one of the most historically significant places in Rome.

Discover the legends surrounding the foundation of the city, the connection with Romulus, and why the Palatine eventually became the preferred residential area of emperors and Rome's elite.

From the hill, enjoy spectacular views over the Roman Forum and Circus Maximus while your guide connects the landscape around you with the history of Ancient Rome.
